  • In the Pentagon, while serving as a Operations Officer in a new department, managed technical assimilation of seven different computer systems in support of operations.
  •  Received the Joint Services Commendation Medal for management innovations at an Operations Center in Naples, Italy (part of NATO’S Southern Military Command). This award was for an organizational development, process re-engineering, and change management initiative involving information security audit processes, training personnel in the implementation of these processes, management of both NATO and US budgets to execute these processes, and the delivery of value-added services to NATO's military command through the use of these processes.
